The learner profile, setting and intended use are reviewed before the final scope is agreed.

Can an existing space be used?

A site or room review identifies the available area, circulation, utilities and changes required.

What orientation is provided?

The final orientation scope should be defined for the selected solution, users and operating model.

How are maintenance and replacement handled?

The approved proposal should state warranty, maintenance, replenishment and replacement responsibilities.
