HYDROELECTRIC POWERPLANT
Here, a model of hydro-electric power plant is installed. Switch on the motor for pumping water to rotate the turbine by using the push button.
What did you observe?
The small LEDs connected with the dynamo glows.
The science behind it :
When we pump the water, the hydro power rotates the turbine by hitting its blades. The turbine is coupled with a dynamo. When the dynamo is rotated by the turbine, electricity is generated.
