Involve me and I Learn !\u201d<\/h5>\n<h2>ACTIVITY 2 &#8211; ELECTROMAG ROTATOR<\/h2>\n<p><b>Materials Required<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Copper coil.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Foam base.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Wooden base.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Wooden stand.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Sand Paper.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Safety pins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Magnet.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Cell AA.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Activity board.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Electromag Rotator | Activity Kit | Make  Science Make Sense | GyanPro - 2021\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FUUI0dw22E8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a href=\"\">PROCEDURE<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Fix the battery to the foam base.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Fix the safety pins on both ends of the battery as shown in the picture.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Take the copper wire and leave 1inch from the corner on both sides and make 4-5 windings as shown in the picture.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Remove insulation at both the ends of the copper wire using sand paper.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Now connect wires to the safety pins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Place the magnet under the copper wire exactly 1.5cms and observe the copper coil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\">Note<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Place the foam base on the wooden base.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Make sure the insulation is removed properly at both ends of the copper coil.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Adjust the magnet so that the copper coil rotates on its own.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Make sure that the strings of the copper wire are straight and should not wobble.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\">SCIENCE CONCEPT<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">An&nbsp;electromagnet&nbsp;is a device used to generate a magnetic field with the help of an electric current. When electric current passes through the coil, it becomes an electromagnet. When we place a magnet near this electromagnet, according to the property of magnets, it will either attract or repel.
