ASPIRINg for no headaches- Felix Hoffmann

Headache.  A word that strikes fear in the head of many people. Now, imagine if we didn’t have a simple cure for it. That’s how the world would be if it wasn’t for Felix Hoffmann. Felix Hoffmann was born in January 1868 in Ludwigsburg- a small industrial town near Munich, Germany. He completed his education in the university of Munich obtaining a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. His teacher, Nobel Prize winning scientist Adolf Von Baeyer was so impressed by him that he convinced him to join the newly started  German pharmaceutical company Bayer  as a research scientist.
