WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Students are introduced to programming through the captivating medium of storytelling. Students will use their imagination to design their Virtual Greeting card App with multiple screens, multiple images, messages, and transitions. They will write code to create the Greeting card and make it interactive. Students will build logical foundations of programming, which will be useful to them regardless of which coding language they pursue in the future. They will code using Code.org , a visual programming tool that makes it incredibly easy and fun for young students to learn to code.
